Meet Nat
I spent years as an HR Director watching brilliant people run themselves into the ground.

I didn't see it coming, but then it was my turn.
Burnout stopped me in my tracks and left me largely bedridden for 18 months.
What started as survival became an obsession with understanding why capable humans end up exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves.
Or as I like to call it: Humans who look fine but feel fried.
